Buffalo Chicken Dip

Kerbi at So Are You To Me is hosting the very first link up party for Tasteful Thursdays!! How much fun is that. You must go link up and share a recipe! Her blog is just so cute!! I just made this delicious buffalo chicken dip this morning for Ray to take to work today, so I thought I would share:

(Side Note: I made this at 6 this morning. I was so proud because I remembered to take pictures when I started. Then I forgot until it was in the crock pot finished, so no middle pictures here, just beginning and end.)

Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 10 ounce cans of chicken
3/4 cup of Frank's hot sauce
2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
1 cup of ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
Mix chicken and hot sauce on medium heat until warm. Then mix softened cream cheese and ranch dressing and finally add half of the cheese to the mix and stir. Transfer to a crock pot and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Warm on low for about 45 minutes and then serve with tostito chips.

Crock Pot Roast

I love making this because it is such an easy comfort food on a cold day. You can really pretty much add anything to it and it will be delicious. I make it different each time. I made it last night like this:
Chuck Roast
2 cans beef broth
1 package of Lipton Onion Secrets Mix
1 can of Cream of Mushroom
1 pound of little red potatoes
Carrots

Put roast in crock pot with beef broth, lipton onion mix, and cream of mushroom soup. Cook on low for 8 hours. Add potatoes and carrots about 3 hours before you are ready to eat. This version I believe actually came from Tiff's grandma long ago when we poor little college girls needed some easy recipes.
